Love Pernilla’s podcast and YT content. I personally like the self development side more than the fitness side, since that’s where I need work lol. I’m not sure if she reads these reviews or if there’s a better way to reach Pernilla — I really wanted to say that I would LOVE more visualization episodes like the most recent episode. I benefit so much from these Louise Hay style visualizations of my dream life! Thank you, Pernilla!

Pernilla is so sweet and grounded and is a wonderful resource for anyone, but especially women who might be intimidated by the idea of lifting weights. Lots of very approachable advice for fitness and life in general. 💜

Pernilla is a breath of fresh air. She is genuine, kind, and passionate about self improvement but even more so, she’s so passionate about helping us improve our quality of life. I’ve done 1 on 1 sessions with her and she cares so much about her listeners and gives so much energy towards helping others. She has a lot of experience and knowledge about fitness, setting and reaching goals, and overcoming negative beliefs. I highly recommend you follow her podcast and YouTube channel!!!
