Tired of shows that make you wade through six personal stories before you get to the good stuff? This podcast is like an encyclopedia on how to create and manage your STR property. Just look up the information you need and you will get a bite sized episode. Only negative is that it’s hard to listen to in the car because they are short. Considering joining their classes but not sure if they are a good fit for my business model.

Family operator, two cabins in tourist beach town. I work almost every day, even in winter, cleaning and laundry-I so it all myself, we don’t hire out. Daughter does booking and communication with guests and her dad all the ordering and paperwork. That’s with two cabins. 20 units? 100? The work it takes just on 2 well maintained places with excellent reviews, happy neighbors and returning guests? Capital allocation? Venture capital? You are the exact reason communities are shutting vacation rentals down.

My husband and I thought we knew it all. We’re very successful on Airbnb - hosting our third property and we’ve earned superhost status every time. But we learned so much through these short episodes! Highly recommend.
