Jose and Tony made me feel that I was part of the conversation with the owner of the Birdstreet Brewing bar as they kept the conversation light hearted and insightful while picking the brain of the owner. Starting with an idea and leading to the creation of a beer and the importance of music to set the mood for the guests was something I never considered.
