Viking Shaman Podcast
My goal is to discuss, share resources, and answer questions on topics including but not limited to: Otherkin and identifying as non-human; Paranormal phenomena, primarily of the spiritual nature; Shamanism, Folk magic, witchcraft and other magics as a practice; Shamanism, Paganism, Heathenism and other spiritualities as “Religion”; Folk lore; Demonology (from a less or entirely non-religious standpoint); Personal spiritual development; And much more. I discovered this podcast awhile back and listened, listening to it again. It is a great exploration and discussion of spirituality, paranormal, and personal experience.
Candid and Relatable

Thanks for helping normalize a compassionate and unifying way of life :) I practice Shamanism and I was delighted to find the Viking Shaman Podcast because Jackson interviews her friends and colleagues in a way that feels so relatable. I have experienced many of the things first hand, that they talk about. It's comforting to hear others share their first hand experiences on such a mysterious topic.

Very engaging hosts/content so far, they encourage feedback and respond to their fans! I’m excited to see what the future holds for this cast, I love to listen at work or while driving
Clearly dabblers with no formal experience

Very disappointing the amount of people calling themselves “shamans” who have no formal training and have not spent time mentoring and learning Ancient practices from elders. Even standard practice verbiage is often used incorrectly throughout podcast episodes. The host repeatedly claims she is doing this because “The knowledge isn’t widely available”, the reasoning for that, as ever serious practitioner knows, is because it’s sacred and you have to work for it, not just listen to a podcast and become an “expert”. My advice: seek out and learn from a legit source, not a novice with a passing interest and a mic, who doesn’t even understand the definition of what it is to be “shamanic”.
