Interesting guests, intelligent discussions, but the host needs to slow down and focus on her diction.

Leena Norms does a great job curating and hosting this podcast. Plus, as a generally ignorant America, I’m not always sure what’s going on in the English literary scene. The Vintage Books Podcast helps me fool people at dinner parties and project an air of culture. 10/10 would recommend

One of my absolute favorite podcasts! I am usually not a big fan of listening to people talk about books I haven’t read (I’d much rather read them!) but Leena’s enthusiasm for both the guests of the show and their works really makes the podcast. Good variety of authors and topics, I’ve learned far more than I expected to. My favorite episode is the one with Sarah Jessica Parker.

Love the great variety of guests and topics and the depths that are plumbed. Very perturbed by the proximity to the microphone of the lady? who was on the 19th September 2018 episode about film adaptations. She? repeatedly screamed into my ears unexpectedly and painfully. In that episode there’s a great lot of people talking over each other, too, which can be a bit difficult to listen to and annoying. The libraries episode is important, the Icelandic Christmas one is fun, and the Petit Prince translator is deliciously reflective
