Virginia Population Estimates

In today’s episode, we’ll look at recent population data for Virginia. Each year, the Demographic Research Group at University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center develops and releases the official population estimates for Virginia and its counties and independent cities. We’ll discuss the population estimates as of July 1, 2022, and highlight some of the trends most relevant to the Commonwealth’s housing market.
