As a Speech Therapist and Communication Coach myself, I found this interview extremely informative while also entertaining. The host was well spoken and asked thought provoking questions, while the guest, Jennifer, shared her expertise in an easy to digest and engaging style. The way the supportive vs. shifting responses strategy was demonstrated within the episode made it relatable and understandable. I found myself writing down several tips that I will use not only use with my clients, but in my own communication exchanges as well! Looking forward to following for more of Jennifers tips.
