I love working out and meditation but I’m easily distracted. This is the perfect solution. It’s a good pace to keep you engaged and so simple. Often the walks include taking deep breathes and information about why walking is so important as she guides you through your work out.

Well, you don’t have to take a walk, but it’s a really good idea for a number of reasons, the most of which is the great advice you’ll get to help get your life pointed in the right direction.

Walking and Talking is just the pep talk I needed! As a yo yo dieter for years who was always sabotaging my efforts, it's like Helen is reading my mind. This is the voice of sanity I needed to stay focused on track. I can't wait to listen during my regular exercise routine to keep my negative monologue in check.
