Good history, interesting approach

I found War Stories while looking for military-related podcasts, having been an ametuer student of the subject since childhood (not a veteran). I found their approach to the their subject matter engaging - it often felt like being at a table with friends engaged in a discussion - very well informed friends, I might add. In the material to which I've listened I only encountered a single error (the implication that reactive armor was present among Israeli tanks in the '73 war - it didn't make a battelfield appearance until 1982). Having listened the full first season and many of the Loose Rounds episodes while commuting, I have since downloaded everything else available and am looking forward to more.
Turn down the background music!

Decent podcast but they selected very distracting background music and it’s way too loud and at times is almost as loud as the talking. I just gave up after 3 episodes.

Holy crap, don’t have music with vocals playing in the background (at full volume) for the first minute that you’re talking
