The Festival of Lights is an annual City of Kenora holiday tradition with thousands of ice candles that are lit on Christmas Eve at the Lake of the Woods Cemetery. Councillor Barbara Manson shares the history of the event and tells Josh and Megan how it all got started. Megan spends some time with the Parks Department and learns the ins and outs of how to make a perfect ice candle.
