The average person is usually scared of checking his bank statement . Why? Because he knows he made choices he shouldn't have . I remember when I had to open an account with a broker and I was asked to get my bank statement. I was thoroughly amazed at the cash inflow I had in the past six months. It was shocking. Then and there I realised that if I continued on that path I would be on my way to financial ruin. My desire to curb my excesses has driven me to starting this journey.
