Guess What…WE FIXED IT [and we apologize about Rachael]
After learning we lost the audio for this episode in unforeseen circumstances, we did what any two lawyers would do and we f*cking fixed it. This episode we explore the US Supreme Court case of Strickland v. Washington which dictates when an attorney is ineffective and how we have to prove that in order to get our clients relief. Adriana and Rachael also discuss some cases and give examples of when attorneys can be ineffective. Next episode: how to survive law school!
