First episode
I so appreciate this perspective on trusting that you will figure it out when you need to and impostor syndrome. The host is spot on about the web development world being male-dominated and the problem that poses when people position themselves as “experts.” This episode was encouraging because taking an attitude of confidence in your skills especially when there is something you don’t know, enough to admit it and figure it out is key in a world where there is always something new to learn!
I personally found it so difficult to claim my skill as a web expert over the years because of my gender, and it’s so refreshing to hear a conversation about this! Great stuff!!
