Inger M. ,

One of my favorites in this space!

I have listened to most of the podcasts in the fat activist space and this one is definitely one of the best! It is engaging, comprehensive, well-articulated, entertaining and encouraging. The guests are all awesome and the host is so relatable. I hope this podcast continues for many seasons to come!

Andrea Dunlop ,

Won all the awards for a good reason!

This podcast is thoughtful, funny, and deep. A must-listen!!

CrimsonAzul ,

A whole new level of understanding

I came across this podcast while listening to Snap Judgment. Learning about how we humans navigate the world is one of my driving motivations behind my podcast selections and this podcast has taught me a lot. From the fascinating (and disturbing) history of Lane Bryant to the role of racism and the connection with thin supremacy I am understanding how and why we as a society judge people based on the number on a scale and how this effects all of us.
And I love the host Ronald Young. He offers thought provoking discourse with a wide variety of guests while sharing his own vulnerable moments and talking about his thoughts on his own body and their evolution. Thank you Ronald for being as great as you are!
