You can tell Natalie experienced what I’ve experienced. She says every single thought I’ve ever had in my weight loss struggles and she makes me think about it differently. First episode I listened to was episode 6 where she talks about the toddler vs the adult. Maybe it’s because I have a toddler but this analogy hit so true for me. I need to recognize my toddler voice and stop listening to the tantrums, take a breath Shaina. I just started listening to her today and I’m hooked.
It just keeps getting better
I mean what else could be said about losing weight, right? Well every week Natalie surprises me with a new angle or topic that opens up my mind and makes me stop and think. And you know, it just takes one ah-ha moment to get those wheels turning. I can not wait for the new program to launch in 2022! Below is my original review and every word of it is still true.
I feel like I have been going on private walks with Natalie for the last few months listening to her podcast starting from episode 1 until this weeks episode 71. And I am honestly so relieved to FINALLY know, and believe, that I have left traditional dieting in the past. I am ready to dive head first into identifying the future me and practice all of the amazing skills Natalie presents. The relief comes from a place of listening to someone that has been through what I go through. I have seriously been out on my walks crying and laughing alone - my neighbors think I’m out there talking to myself. But I’m just talking to my new friend Natalie.
