Great takeaways every time

I love Natalie’s podcast and I love her style. She has a great blend of matter-of-fact teaching and solutions. After every episode I get understanding of WHY I fall into certain eating patterns and HOW to handle them. And she teaches in such an understanding, compassionate way that I never feel down on myself after listening. I always feel encouraged and empowered to take care of myself and be kind to myself. Love this podcast!

The best weight loss podcast I’ve listened to

I’ve listen led to a lot of podcasts about weight loss, and this one is by far the best. I I am midway through my weight loss journey and everything Natalie says resonates with what I have experienced so far and what has brought me success, and also what I need to change in order to reach my ultimate goal. Plus, while she has coaching and group options, I don’t feel like it’s a hard sell like it is with other podcasts. Even if you don’t want to join a group, there is still so much good information available right here in this podcast. Highly recommend!
