We're back! Did Paul's 2024 predictions come true and what happened while we were away?

Welcome back to the ESPC Property Show! After their summer break, Paul & Megan are back to talk all things property for another season.

In this first episode back, they look back at Paul's predictions for the year and how many came true including whether or not buyers are getting a better bargain now, and then they chat through what they missed during the break - a new government in Westminister, the future of cladding and of course the performance of the local property market.
