What about Me!?

Life as a studio owner can certainly be thankless at times and that’s often because the majority of work we’re doing is behind the scenes - think admin, logistics, training teachers, running a business! In this week’s episode of At The Barre we’re unpacking some simple strategies for dealing with those times when you feel unacknowledged in your studio. I offer advice and a few handy tools you can use to understand why you might be feeling unloved and how you can subtly shift your mindset to become more ‘at peace’ with a perceived lack of acknowledgement from your customers.
