Currently listening as I plug along through my work day. The advice and practical activities presented in this program have helped me to shift my perspective and also embrace my strengths. Really helpful and thought provoking
More sales pitch than course

There’s a few basic points spread across the episodes that could be distilled into one five minute episode. Most of this is fluff to get one to purchase their coaching services. Luckily the episodes are short and listening at 1.5x speed I didn’t waste too much time.
