it’s so nice to hear that you’re not alone in your feelings and thoughts. Liam does a great job as a host by thoroughly speaking upon mental illness topics. It’s also a plus that being on his podcast was a lot of fun!! definitely a must listen if you ever feel as if you’re alone.

I was on this show, episode #17, and I loved talking about my experience with mental illness. I hope that my experience helps those whose voices aren’t heard, and that they feel comfortable getting the help they need.
