Habits - First time listener

I really enjoyed listening to the podcast to get tips on building relationships and to hear more about developing small habits. Janice’s curiosity showed the audience that most people overthink starting a new habit and make it bigger than it needs to be. Ronnie stressed how important it is to keep it simple to get started. Once you start and are successful for awhile you can build other habits or expand the original one. I believe working with a coach helps you see the big picture and gets you out of your own way on ideas on how to achieve your goals.
