What is ABC-NLP? With a demonstration of Richard Bandler's spinning feeling technique in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

ABC-NLP is the combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the  ABC-model from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA + hypnosis give NLP  a scientific theory as described in Het ABC-NLP Handboek (in Dutch: https://abcnlp.nl/2021/04/23/het-abc-nlp-handboek/  )  

Besides explaining what ABC-NLP is, this video also shows you a  demonstration of the most important NLP technique, called spinning  feelings. In this video you see a variation created by Licensed NLP  Master Trainer Joost van der Leij.
