  • Oxford Mindfulness Centre (Free, online group mindfulness sessions, and guided practices)
  • Breathworks Community of Practice (A free mindfulness hub with live events and resources)
  • NHS mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) (An evidence-based therapy for depression, blending parts of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with mindfulness meditation. MBCT is typically delivered as a group with eight weekly sessions, each lasting around two hours.)
  • Headspace (free resources on their website and YouTube channel, but a subscription is needed to access the full range)
