Erica Forkner has worked with Dr. Sam as a veterinary receptionist for the last 2 years and she graciously joins us to share her insights and experiences. People often come to the vet in times of high excitement and high anxiety. Often, the gate keeper to getting a pet the proper care and advice they need flows through the receptionists.
