Real Sistas Real Talk
Listener from the DFW area and I absolutely love the show. The readiness, authenticity, and comedy is a perfect blend of truth! Keep up the great work!
Informative and hilarious
Melannie and Audrey have created something really brilliant here. I feel lucky to be a fly on the wall listening to these smart, funny, and REAL women.
As a white woman living in the Pacific Northwest it is eye opening to hear Melannie and Audrey’s takes on topics like Who can Say the N Word, Living While Black, and intergenerational issues. I have laughed out loud, gasped and covered my mouth, and sat thinking and challenging some previously held assumptions after listening to their exchanges. It’s GOOD.
Every time I listen to “What Say U” I feel fortunate that these two women are willing to be so open and candid about their feelings, knowledge, and experiences.
This is a great podcast for everyone to listen to- but it’s an especially great podcast for white women to practice listening to and learning from black women.
Community Outreach 100%
This is excited to say the east. It’s a place where uneducated and the unwilling can hear perspectives from the eyes of a pair of educated black woman. It not only puts thing out in the open it comes with examples. I LOVE IT!
