Meet at the Apple

I really like the content and the interviews, but please make the masters louder. The ads are twice as loud as the episode. It’s an NYC team podcast and I can’t listen on the train because even with headphones I can’t hear it over the subway noise.

If you can get through the fact that the hosts are employed by the team and paid to be homers, there is some really good content here, especially since the team steers player/staff interviews their way. However, it’s a consistent, incredibly sunny take on the team that often ignores obvious criticism. Still worth a listen, especially when the team is playing well, but don’t expect much in-depth analysis, as these are fan/employees with an expertise in content creation and not independent baseball analysts.

The show is perfect for learning more about the team! I love the interviews with the players and the great look at what is happening behind the scenes. A must listen to podcast for all the met fans out there!
