We then pivot to a discussion about their recent Moot Court Competition in California, which focused on Refugee and Asylum law. We also discuss the current state of charitable donations and explain how people giving to individuals in less fortunate countries may be doing more harm than good.

    Computer Hacking and the Law

    In this episode, Tom and I discuss various types of hacking and how the law seeks to hold offenders accountable.
