52. When Deferring Belief in Oneself to Others Pops Up

You know when you have a picture on Instagram you want to post but  need your friends to approve it first? Or when you're in corporate and you need your work bestie to approve the email you're sending to your boss before sending? How about when you defer to someone else to approve the texts that you write to others? News flash: all of this is normal. I've been there more than many times and I still find myself in situations like these today. The good ole leaning on others to help fuel added belief in oneself when it's just slightly lacking. Let's talk about how this is a curious space to be in, and what we can do when it comes up.
