Academic PCP ,

Amazingly real and practical

I have absolutely loved listening to this podcast. Each one is short enough that I can listen while commuting which fits into my strategy for in-line interventions for wellness. I honestly hadn’t been a podcaster before now but the material is SO relatable I find myself wanting to listen even if the topic that day isn’t what I was “needing” that day. One way or the other by the end, I realize I needed it.

Great tips, relatable content, and valuable perspectives for any physicians and those in training to become physicians!

So insightful!

I love this podcast. It is full of insight to help me examine my thought processes and feelings regarding difficult situations and to help me reframe some of these things. I appreciate Dr White’s honesty and sharing of her personal experiences and struggles. I also appreciate how she speaks very specifically to how our physician minds work in certain circumstances. Brilliant!
