So good now

I’ve been a listener from the start and the conversations and production quality has only ever improved. Jacquelyn is such a researched host and has provided a lot of clarity for me in the current state of the industry. I’m always most intrigued by episodes with guests I haven’t heard of especially because it feels like an insider’s perspective on an already niche market where you need to know to ‘know.’ Chain Reaction breaks that down and keeps my finger on the pulse. Big recommend
Has become a fave!

Jacquie has a way of asking every question I want to know. This podcasts definitely isn’t just for people obsessed with crypto and web3. It’s a great way to dip your toe in if you’re crypto-curious as they say!
Awesome!

Interesting topic, lots of room for improvement

The first 20 or so episodes so far are a good start to a potentially great podcast. It is refreshing to see web3 and blockchain technology covered without hype (which is unfortunately set to max by default in web3) and with good diversity of perspectives, with guest ranging from VCs to founders to crypto skeptics. However, there is plenty of room for improvement for this podcast to become a true gem. Specifically: - hosts at times seem unprepared and occasionally borderline unprofessional; phrases like “totally”, “super cool” and “yeah definitely” are annoying even in casual conversations, need to clean this up for a professional production - hosts sometimes lack knowledge of basic technology they are covering; a few glaring examples were asking a signing api founder about “on-ramp to fiat” (they were obviously perplexed) and not knowing what a hot wallet is; - guest line up is very inconsistent. Some guests are clearly great and knowledgeable (Uniswap COO,upstream CEO, many VCs), and some are just hyping their projects (Ty Haney, Dewin Lewtan???); the quality of guests and their responses is just so striking that it you really don’t know what to expect as a listener - can be a thoughtful discussion with a legitimate expert building a real company used by millions of people, can be a web3 reality show conversation (but hey, it’s Paris Hilton backed, right?). Having low quality quests ultimately damages the credibility and reputation of the show. Hoping for some quality of production improvements, but otherwise a much needed unbiased podcast.
