Jenn is an Ace Certified Personal Trainer, pregnancy and postpartum specialist. Jenn helps pregnant and postpartum mom's stay active and exercise in a safe and effective way. 

She is a mother to Molly with one on the way any day now, and a step-mother of two. Her move from her home in Canada to the U.S. to be with her husband recently has given her the chance to reflect and reinvigorate her passion to help and witness women look, feel, and be more confident. 

Her 10+years as a personal trainer, accompanied with her love of family, yields a mentor who only wants the best for her clients. Soccer practices and ballet performances are just as important as a mom’s or mom-to-be’s well being. If mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.
