WHY FEAR WHEN WE CAN FACE IT?
It's a simple notion that I have implied in my daily life. I try to face the challenges,fears, and frustration by facing it. Over the years, we all come across things that can take away our peace of mind. It can harass well-being as well. This is when we don't have to give up and firmly stand ur ground. Think over it... Is it worth being disturbed or being mindful to find the solution to the challenges? Our inner selves always guide us in the right direction. Thank you Namaste
