First and foremost, I am EXTREMELY appreciative of the fact that Maya has these discussions with the backing of science and evidence-based information! This is super important to me as I have been given in the past tons of holistic “advice” for my vegan pregnancy that was not evidence-based nor had it been research, nor tested and I wasn’t about to start experimenting ESPECIALLY not while growing a baby inside of me. Secondly, I love how relatable this podcast is! During my vegan pregnancy, I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated these podcasts because it was very calming to know that there are other women in the same boat that I was in and there is someone to HELP women like us— MAYA! I couldn’t even ask my OBGYN for information as she was not medically certified to give vegan nutrition advice. For these reasons (and many more), I think this podcast is extremely helpful. I received copious amounts of information related to my vegan journey, but at the same time felt a sense of connection with a lot of the guests she’s had on. Therefore, I give this podcast 5 stars!!!!

I love this podcast - it’s so helpful and there are few resources like this for pregnant women who are having plant based pregnancies. Maya is also very accessible via social media whether you join the collective or not and always engages with her audience - which I also think is very unique. I’ve learned so much just from her social media in addition to the podcast. Fantastic!
Valuable information with experts and real data

I love this podcast because it covers a lot of different topics from vegan pregnancy, macro and micronutrients, vegan hacks, stories from the heart, experts and valuable information. It’s short and to the point where you get to enjoy the content because of the amazing energy that Maya has and also I love the variety of experts she brings to her show. I recommend it for any vegan women out there.
