Wild Horses

R. A. Morgan
Wild Horses

In the olden days of San Francisco that many look back upon as the Gilded Age, the sweet scent of freedom rolled in with the fog. It sprinkled from the sun like a fine glitter dust. It rode the waves on Ocean Beach, swirling on the surface of the blue and green and turquoise waters. The delicious scent of freedom settled on the roofs of the Victorians, stately and colorful, and throughout The City, between the blades of grass in nature’s harnessed glory, Golden Gate Park. This is a story of a gathering of lovers, friends, strangers, and a nanny who join together in a flat on Polk Street to create a family in the bosom of this fair city.
