Yellowstone’s Zone of Death: How to Get Away With Murder
This episode was recorded before the devastating flooding in Yellowstone. Please donate here to help Montana small towns affected by the floods. https://www.rlacf.org/donate-2/local-causes/carbon-county-disaster-fund/
The “zone of Death,” is a thought experiment by a law scholar about this one weird place in Yellowstone where you could, theoretically, get away with murder. PLEASE DON’T TRY TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER WE DO NOT CONDONE THAT. The idea is that you have a right to be seen by a jury of your peers, but there aren’t enough peers that match your specific location if you’re in Idaho’s very small section of Yellowstone park. Why? You’ll have to listen to find out.
