Really enjoyed listening to the interview with the author of In Freedom’s Shadow. Interesting to hear the inspirations, research leading up to the book, and his passion for delivering the details of history often not captured. The book is a great read on its own and the podcast adds to the experience. Hope to see more from this author in the future.

Thanks for another wonderful podcast. This one I shared with my Dad who will enjoy hearing about Teddy Roosevelt and Henry Cabot Lodge - two familiar names. I told Dad that listening to this series is like listening to a good story on the radio. His sight is going, so audio entertainment is especially appealing these days!!

I especially enjoyed the interview for the Navy WAVES episode. This is a terrific podcast and is well with a listen to learn some untold stories that enrich our understanding of historical events.
