Customer Reviews
Good content, bad audio
Edit: 8/4/20
The quality was much better this episode!
Previous comment:
He has great content, not the best speaker but not horrible as others mentioned. The audio quality is what gets me, there’s so many decent USB mics for a podcast that sound better than this, it’s as if he’s recording on his phone. Today’s episode really got me, I couldn’t even focus because I could hear people (assuming kids & wife) and birds in the background. I’m all for comfortable WFH situations but if you’re going to be recording such a short podcast, at least hide in the bathroom for 5mins to record (plenty great albums were recorded with bathroom acoustics).
Boring bot reading a script
This is just a voice actor reading an article. Dry and boring with no lively commentary or color.
Too politically left
There’s also a sort of apocalyptic thinking that creeps into most episodes. There are bad things in the world, but this podcast dwells on the negative far too much
