WIRED's Game|Life Podcast

I cry bitter tears every time I come to iTunes only to discover that Game|Life has continued to fail to update with new episodes. Kohler was the goofy west coast yin to Bytejacker's Anthoni Carboni's east-coast yang. Maybe they can get together and form a gaming video podcast supergroup.

The first 20 minutes of the latest episode was some guy shilling his book and talking about what an amazing force of nature Anita Sarkesian is. After that there was a PAINFUL to listen to "review" wherein the host did a lot of hand-wringing and pearl-clutching about the possible depictions of violence in a game called HITMAN in which you play a person who kills people for a living. There is a market for this kind of cast I'm sure. I am also sure that I am the exact opposite of said market.

Chris Kolhler and Matt Peckham are an unstoppable combination. My favorite podcast of all time.

This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. Everyone is very smart and funny and apparently having a very good time at the listeners expense. But that's good, because humor is infectious and I am, thank you very much, now completely infirm with this inner ear ailment. Symptoms are uncontrolable laughter and the swelling of your vocabulary. Oh sweet, sweet illness! It's like my first love... oh boy, that was a mistake.
