Wisconsin GOP rep slams Biden on migrant children: ‘human rights catastrophe’

Wisconsin GOP Rep. Glenn Grothman accused President Joe Biden of trying to “permanently change the United States” by allowing illegal immigrants to flood across the border, even if it resulted in thousands of children being separated from their families.
