Did you know that success correlates more closely with confidence than it does with competence?

While that’s good news for all you recovering perfectionists out there, it begs the question - how do I have more confidence?!

There’s no way around it – confidence is linked to more doing, and less thinking.  It stems from a growth mindset. It’s this idea that when I take action, every outcome is an opportunity for me to learn, grow, and get better.

But you know that I don’t only coach mindset – I’ll always coach the whole of you. Listen to today’s episode to learn about the art and science of having more confidence, and how to harness the somatic (body) component to showing up confidently.
