I appreciate so much the information on this podcast. Phillip seems like a real person who I can identify with - he talks like someone I can understand who has a ton of knowledge in a field I am trying to dive into. I love the diversity of information for men and women - body builders and soccer moms. The episodes are to the point and enjoyable to listen to. Thank you so much for all you do to help us on our individual journeys!
