    #116 The Beginning of the End

    This past May I unknowingly cast a powerful spell on my life and business… While hosting my annual Retreat I found myself on the top of a spire in Sedona, AZ with a gorgeous view of the red rocks… With my clients and a local healer as my witness, I heard myself say “I want to burn it all down.” This was an accurate statement but one that held way more magic than I was ready for at the time. One client at a time the Universe ripped my whole business apart Since then I’ve also received signs, books, downloads, action steps, and clarity around what gets to shed. I experienced some resistance. I wrestled with the downloads. I gripped tightly to the plan that I had made for myself. But now I am truly ready to surrender to the Universe's plan for me. It is all burning down so that something new can be reborn.     #115 Borderline Delusional - Using Embodiment to Manifest

    Your subconscious mind was solidified in the first seven years of your life. Think about what your life was like at age seven. What did you hear your parents, teachers, and society say about the world, money, gender roles, etc? What did movies portray about these elements of your life? What beliefs did the adults around you teach you to have either intentionally or unintentionally? These beliefs were solidified by age seven but have been reinforced for decades. For most people, their current reality is being dictated by a seven-year-old brain. In order to live a life outside of what your 7-year-old brain imagines is possible, you have to retrain and upgrade our subconscious programming. In this episode, I share some of the ways that I have upgraded my subconscious programming such as affirmation rampages, auto suggestion, coaching, breathwork, and more! No matter what tool you use to begin upgrading your subconscious mind and beliefs, consistency is key in this reprogramming.     #114 You're a Witch

    A witch is a magical being. I started identifying as a witch a few years ago when I realized the TRUE meaning of witch. Not what Hollywood or the patriarchy paints witches as. You’re a witch too…or at least, I see you as one :) I know a lot of people that identify as witches who are afraid to talk about it and share their experiences because there is a witch wound that lives in us. This wounding dates back to the Salem Witch Trials and all the prejudice that stemmed from the patriarchy removing healers from homes and communities. I recently hosted an in-person Full Moon Circle here in Truckee, CA and I felt so much anxiety prior to the event. Just a few days before the gathering, through breathwork, I realized it was my witch wound causing the anxiety. Even though I feel safe to openly speak and share about my identity as a witch, I still have this deeply rooted witch wound that I am consciously working on healing. It's rare that witches have a safe space to really surrender into the flow of the Universe and receive our magic. So, I created my own safe community where witches across the world can show up as themselves to gather, share, surrender, receive, and manifest. In this episode, I talk about what being a witch means to me - spells, potions, and my relationship to those things. I also talk about once you realize you're a witch, what to do next.     #112 Manifest with Grace & Ease Even When It’s Not Easy

    “Every moment is a manifestation” -Abraham Hicks You are constantly manifesting. You are constantly bringing your desires or fears into your reality. Even if you aren’t aware of it. You have manifested everything that’s in your life right now, whether it was on purpose or not. You were an energetic match to those things at some point. This is not a reflection of who you are, what is possible for you, or what you will achieve in your lifetime. It is a reflection of what past thoughts, beliefs and experiences have created in your life right now. You can manifest literally anything into your reality.     #110 Reframing People Pleasing

    People pleasing. It’s a trauma response that keeps you playing small. I have noticed it again and again in myself and in the people that I coach and support. The majority of us, especially those of us socialized as women, started people pleasing as children. We learned at an early age that in order to get our needs met, we had to try to satisfy all of the people around us. I am not here to tell you that it's bad and you should stop. What I am actually going to do is tell you how to leverage your people pleasing and make it your superpower. What if pleasing people actually meant that you were living in your truth, speaking your truth, honoring your boundaries, and doing the work that is your purpose here on earth? Really, that’s what the world needs. The world needs more women, witches, and healers standing in their power and living out their truth in their day to day lives.
