Women in Engineering

In this episode we discussed what it is to be a woman in the engineering industry. For this conversation we invited an amazing woman, Aditi Ratnaparkhi. Aditi works at Maxar technologies s a deputy systems engineering manager for the power and propulsion element program which is part of the NASA Lunar gateway. She is an engineer, a mom, a mentor, a wife, a friend - she wears all the hats.
