After pastoring for 17 years, Sue and her husband, Scott moved back into full time missions work. Taking a step of faith they joined Scott’s parents, Bill and Ginger Behrman in “Mission of Life, Behrman Ministries.” With over 30 years in full time ministry in 2019, Scott took the position of president which has positioned them to embrace the call to empower the church to take the gospel where it has never gone before.

One of their focuses in ministry has been the nation of Nepal where they have helped in planting churches, hosting medical camps and holding ministers conferences.

Scott and Sue also partner with the AIMS team since September of 2015 as International Representatives. AIMS.org is a non-profit organization committed to bringing the gospel to every unreached people group in the world. This has provided opportunities of ministry in Europe, Middleast and Asia. They believe the church must AIM at unreached people groups of the world in obedience to Christ’s command.

With Matthew 24:14 being our AIM, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all the nations (ethnos, people groups), and then the end will come.”

In this episode, Scarlett and Sue discuss the strategy of prayer and the progress that is being made to reach the 7,000 unreached people groups with the Gospel of Jesus. We are living in exciting times. Your faith will be ignited as you watch.

Brenda Hernandez is the farm manager at a hobby farm on the western slope of Colorado, and also has a passion for trauma related children’s organizations. She is an Equine Specialist who, along with a mental health professional, helps children deal with the significant loss of a loved one using horses as therapy partners.

Brenda is the President of the Board for the Seventh Judicial District Child Advocacy Center AKA The Dolphin House and also volunteers with Sunday School Classes at Calvary Chapel Montrose.

In this episode, Scarlett and Brenda talk about the healing that has come through the uniqueness of Equine therapy to help children in times of trauma and grief. Your faith will be inspired as you watch.

“Now I commend to you our sister Phoebe, who is [also] a minister {(diakonos): “servant,” “minister,” “attendant,” “deacon.”} of the assembly in Cenchrae, so that you may welcome her in the Lord in a way worthy of the holy ones, and may assist her regarding whatever thing she may need from you; for she has been a protectress {(prostatis): “protectress,” “champion,” “leader,” “someone at the forefront.”} of many, myself included.” (Romans 16:1-2)

The Apostle Paul considered this woman ⁣ — Phoebe ⁣— as a sister, and a colleague worthy of honor in the churches. It is likely that she was the Pastor over the church in Cenchrae, and was entrusted to deliver Paul's letter to the church in Rome. She was a Woman of Substance.

In this episode, Dr. Scarlett teaches on the different ministry offices, and how women are included in their numbers; they are gifts given from our ascended Savior to be received and enjoyed (Ephesians 4:8-16).
