Today I interview Dr. Anthony Jay, author of Estrogeneration: How Estrogenics Are Making us Fat, Sick, and Infertile. Dr. Jay double majored in Biology and Theology and earned his degree from Ave Maria University in Naples, Florida, where he researched HIV inhibitors. After college, he studied Alzheimer's disease for the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs. From there Dr. Jay earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine, researching fats, hormones, and cholesterol.  Dr. Jay worked for 3 years as a scientific researcher at Mayo Clinic researching stem cells, epigenetics, and infrared light. Currently, he is a DNA health consultant that consults with pro athletes, pro bodybuilders, U.S. Spec Ops, and people like you and me looking to optimize our health.
