A series, Women's Health: Nutrition, Diet, and Supplementation continues to look at the various stages of a woman's life and the nutritonal needs they pose. We are looking at the fact that specific nutritional requirements become especially important at particular times of our lives. For example, as adolescents, we require sufficient levels of calcium and iron. As we journey along the timeline, our needs change.
