Only 25 per cent of Canadians are working with a financial advisor and 30 per cent of those surveyed say they don't have a financial plan at all. Interestingly, younger people are more likely to say they don't have a financial plan but wish they did. What caught my eye about this survey is that Canadians don’t even agree on what a financial plan is. Some think it is an investment plan, that i...

This is a hole in one!

Just hearing Glory’s voice brings calm and focus to a subject a lot of us have been taught to avoid- finances. My golf instructor once told me that teaching men and women golf was like night and day. Of course there are anatomical differences to adjust for, but the way men and women take in and process information is often very different. It’s not better or worse, just different. Glory speaks our language, understands our strengths, and relates to our challenges. I look at this as just another game where I need to develop a firm grip, mental focus, and good follow through.
