    A Love Letter to Men...to Heal

    I have been sitting on this message for a long while. It is important for me to share this with men (and I'd imagine it will resonate with women, too) this love letter, message, anything that may resonate with you. This was very cathartic for me to share, and write about. My hope with this episode is that it reaches you if you want it or maybe even need it. Sending love, Kim  And here is a hard copy of the full Love Letter below.  A Love Letter to Men...to Heal  Hey Guys, Kim here, I think some other women also want you to hear.. Let's chat, heart to heart, no disguise, Life's wild, and we've all had our ties. This letter's no script, just real and true, A slice of life, between me and you. In the chaos of joy and strife, We've tangled, danced, the rhythm of life. Stories clash, scars on our sleeves, Yet here we are, standing, weathered like leaves. Trust has been a bumpy ride, I stumbled, learned, and found my stride. Demons faced, just like you, In this crazy journey, we've been through. Ownin' it, responsibility's the key, No blame game, that's not me. Right or wrong, it's all a mix, But in our hearts, find the common fix. Triggers hit, storms in my head, But I've found a refuge, where peace is bred. Tools and resources, not just for show, They guide me through when the tough winds blow. Life's a messy journey, framework in my hand, In its threads, promises stand. "I'll be okay, I am safe," I shout, An anthem of strength, casting out doubt. So, to you, my guy, in this letter I send, A permission slip, let's drop the pretend. Shed the shackles, of shame and guilt, Let love be the force, compassion rebuilt. Human to human, no masks, no disguise, Let's heal together, be the real guys. This ain't just a letter, it's a nod to the real, A message of love, let's feel, let's heal.

    Is it better to take medication or not?

    I think we have come a long way in mental health and also have come a long way with medication take may be needed for our mental health. AND to call it out as well, there is A LOT of opinions around whether is it better to take medication or not? I'm sharing a very personal journey I've had with medication and the scary truths I needed to face. As you know, everything we do in life is not a one-size-fits-all but I do know I needed insight during these dark times to lead me to light. Thank you for allowing me the space to share.     Hiiiii y'all! I missed you and I am ready to share another season of Words2Heal to heal with you! For Season 5, we are still focusing on tools & resources that could help you to continue to use on your healing journey. Let's get in there so we can really know (and feel) that we can walk through this life far less alone, a lot more seen, and much more connected.     Words2Heal Season 4 Final Thoughts

    I can't thank you enough for tuning into this season. It is personally one of my favorites because of where I am at in my healing journey and also being able to share one of my favorite healing tools, journal prompts. I know healing can be exhausting and defeating at times, too. I've also seen so many rewards from it, so that is why I share. Take breaks, give yourself a breather, and know it is ever-evolving, also PLEASE KNOW you're not alone, and you're capable of doing it.
