Ep. 113 How To Be Confident In 20 Minutes: A No BS Guide

Today we’re talking about how to become more confident. I really believe that confidence might just be the key to happiness, whether it’s in your career, your personal relationships, or even just how you talk to yourself. And understanding the root cause has shown me that confidence is something you can learn, it’s like any skill. And if there’s one thing I love - it’s learning skills. So i’m excited to break it down. + READING LIST I owe a huge amount to the writers & podcasters below whose work I researched for this episode! Ep. 109 How I Stopped Overthinking: The Theory That Changed My Life

I’ve given myself an excuse to spend hours researching the topics I wish I knew more about so you don’t need to read a whole book to understand something important. So I've started with one of the most important things I've researched over the last few years: how to channel your overthinking and make it your superpower. The episode is only 35 minutes long, so perfect for your morning hot girl walk! Let me know what you think! + A huge thank you to Jemma Sbeg for sharing her wisdom with us for this episode. Ep.108 The Biohacking Expert: "This is The Secret To A Long & Healthy Life"

I couldn’t come to LA and not do an episode with a biohacker. Kayla Barnes Lentz is on a mission to live for as long as she can. She’s dedicated her life to optimising her brain health, and works to a very specific schedule to do so. She even owns her own clinic that specialises in ‘longevity medicine’. I’m so fascinated by people like Kayla, and to be totally honest, a little sceptical. But her advice on what we can take into our lives was really simple & accessible. Ever since I started this podcast I wanted to gain new perspectives on what success looks like to a vast array of experts, and biohacking is an extremely male-dominated space, so it was be fascinating to hear Kayla’s perspective.
