Women Talk Construction Podcast

In general, I’m not a podcast listener. I’ve tried to get into it, but I find myself drifting off. That is not the case with WTC. I listen while I’m getting ready in the morning. All the episodes are so positive and uplifting, I’m left feeling energized! I didn’t realize there were so many opportunities out there (in construction and beyond). I have send many episodes to my friends with “this made me think of you” or “you need to hear this” intros. Christi and Angela are so down to earth and clearly passionate about making the world a better place.

I had this in my library for a bit and I was like, “Do I really want to hear more about my work to and from work?” But now I’m binging! It is so incredibly positive and uplifting. Even the commercials have soothing music for their segue. Every episode is so informative. So much so that my only request is that they provide links from their interviews and discussions in the show notes. There’s a wealth of information and I want to reference back to it all. Keep up the great mission!

Every podcast is filled with important and relevant information and the Christi and Angela are so thoughtful with their questions and that leads the person being interviewed to disclose what is really going on for them in our field. Thank you so much for your creativity and wisdom!

This was a great episode with Tia Perry addressing non-traditional careers for women and how women can help close the gap of the labor shortages if given the opportunity for training and acceptance into the trades.
