I looked up sports podcast on Apple, tried a few, and locked on this. What great NFL insight. I have gone back to the January timeframe listening to previous podcast. I will be watching the game with a different perspective now. But how about bleeping out the blasphemy in addition to the four letter words? The third commandment has not been rescinded. Blasphemy is far more offensive than a four letter word. 15 yard ‘yellow flag’ on that. Love your show though. You two are a great team. Easy listening. Great verbal skills. I must admit I was not a fan of Fitz at all. He’s grown on my considerably. He’s toned it down quite a bit. I love the Friday pod with Fitz, Charles and Frank. It’s good football talk and very entertaining. One a my favorite listens every week Nate Tice has been a great addition. Love him and Matt Harmon together.

I’m willing to bet that people will say something about working out in moderation is because when people start getting into it they tend to go overboard posting about it ( why else would people know). They don’t tend to post about drinking a bottle a day.
